RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.
1. CANCELLATION & ADJUSTMENTS
Order Cancellation: We accept cancellations before the product has been shipped or entered the production phase. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Order Adjustments: If you need to modify your order (e.g., change of address or quantity), please contact us immediately at support@moowhip.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not been shipped.
2. RETURNS & RESENDING Our policy remains valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since you received your items, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Option 1: Returns We accept returns if the item is faulty due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or damaged goods). To be eligible, items must be returned with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
Additional Prohibited Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and specific personal care products.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. However, if the return is due to a quality issue, the shipping cost is fully refundable upon inspection.
Option 2: Resending (Replacements)
Merchant Error: If we send the wrong item, we will resend the correct product at no additional cost to you.
Transit Damage: If the product arrives defective due to transportation issues, we can issue a replacement, provided the customer covers a portion of the shipping fees.
3. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Process: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days.
Partial Refunds (Convenience Clause): If a return is impractical or "too much hassle" due to the nature of the damage, we may offer a partial refund to compensate for the loss without requiring the item to be sent back.
