Refunds Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.


1. CANCELLATION & ADJUSTMENTS

  • Order Cancellation: We accept cancellations before the product has been shipped or entered the production phase. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • Order Adjustments: If you need to modify your order (e.g., change of address or quantity), please contact us immediately at support@moowhip.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not been shipped.


2. RETURNS & RESENDING Our policy remains valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since you received your items, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Option 1: Returns We accept returns if the item is faulty due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or damaged goods). To be eligible, items must be returned with proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

  • Additional Prohibited Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and specific personal care products.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. However, if the return is due to a quality issue, the shipping cost is fully refundable upon inspection.

Option 2: Resending (Replacements)

  • Merchant Error: If we send the wrong item, we will resend the correct product at no additional cost to you.

  • Transit Damage: If the product arrives defective due to transportation issues, we can issue a replacement, provided the customer covers a portion of the shipping fees.


3. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Process: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days.

  • Partial Refunds (Convenience Clause): If a return is impractical or "too much hassle" due to the nature of the damage, we may offer a partial refund to compensate for the loss without requiring the item to be sent back.
